Membership dues are $50 (annual) or $45 (if you join in the spring) dues, $30 is applied to AMA National registration; the rest supports ECU AMA programming.Payment instructions and accepted methods can be found on our Join Now page.
As an ECU AMA member, you’ll have access to all of our biweekly meetings (yes, there’s usually food!), featuring guest speakers from top companies and sponsors across various marketing industries. Your membership also includes exclusive access to networking events, local AMA Triangle opportunities, professional development workshops, company field trips, and on-campus career events—all at no extra cost. Active members can earn AMA merch like a chapter t-shirt, be recognized with a graduation cord, and even get the chance to attend the AMA International Collegiate Conference. Plus, we host occasional member-only giveaways throughout the year!
Not at all! Your involvement is entirely up to you—we understand students have busy schedules. While attendance isn’t mandatory, we do love to recognize and reward our most active and engaged members throughout the year!
There are plenty of ways to dive deeper into ECU AMA! All members are welcome to attend our networking events, company visits, and career development opportunities. If you’re looking to take on a bigger role, we open officer positions every year to help plan events, lead initiatives, and support club operations.
Each year, a select group of ECU AMA members travels to AMA International Collegiate Conference. Since we have a limited number of spots, members who are highly involved and actively participate in events will be prioritized. An application will be shared later in the year for those interested in attending. If you have questions or want to learn more, feel free to reach out to anyone on the Executive Board!
